The MIMH Library has a collection of over 29,000 volumes of journals, books,
and audiovisuals, and currently subscribes to over 250 periodicals. The collection
scope is broad, including materials related to psychiatry, psychology,
psychiatric nursing, alcohol / drug abuse, developmental disabilities,
mental health policy and outcomes evaluation.
The library's primary clientele are faculty and staff at the Missouri
Institute of Mental Health, and personnel throughout the state who are
affiliated with the Missouri Department of Mental Health.
Services such as database searching or document delivery are available for
